Issues with video?
Here's a few steps to take
Login with your account details on the top right hand corner of this page. Your video should now say "PLAY VIDEO" instead of "BUY £"
DISCONNECT & CONNECT BROADBAND
A slow internet connection can be the cause of a video not loading properly. Simply restart your broadband.
Try opening your browser in incognito/private mode to see if the issue is cache-related. If the problem is resolved in incognito mode, clear your browser's cache.
Opening web browser as "INCOGNITO"
Open Google Chrome.
Hold down Ctrl + Shift + N on your keyboard (Cmd + Shift + N on Mac).
Copy and paste the course link into this browser.
We recommend clearing your browser's cache periodically and whenever you experience website issues.
Close all windows and tabs of your browser.
Open a new tab on your browser and make sure www.burcukilic.co.uk is not open on any tabs or windows.
Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (press Cmd + Shift + Delete using a Mac) then click below for browser-specific instructions.
Note: This keyboard shortcut is relevant for all supported browsers except Safari (see below).
